Here is a thought, we have a contract/agreement to sign Doidge and a payment schedule that according to KA is agreed with FGR.

If we make the next payment and Doidge does not play who is in breach of contract ?

i can see KA suing FGR.

Not saying that is the right course of action, but imagine KA will do it if he thinks it makes his point.

Ken isn’t sending the money!

I notice Iles has tweeted it and stuck his tongue so far up Conn's arse that he's licking plaque off his back teeth.

"OOOhhhhh Conn, love you COnn, please give me a job conn..."

I'm his field Conn is one of the top names so I'm not surprised Iles has stars in his eyes

could a real accountant tell me what trading insolvently actually means....and are we?

Storey's article is really disappointing. Chronologically incorrect at the beginning, and saying nowt of substance, other than what is common knowledge.

You're dead right. He's trying to summarise but it's disjointed & offers nothing new.

I assume he means we have more going out than coming in, which would be correct

yeah, but surely many, many businesses do that

and if we have a guaranteed payment due, is he right?

Of course many will

I guess the money coming in is irrelevant on its own, it’s the balance of all the money coming in vs the money going out that’s the key. Think value of assets play a part

how can HMRC be chasing us for money when we haven't made any :p

If it's VAT, then that's bad on many levels.

But I don't know what it is, so pointless speculating.

Does anybody else think this is one of the greatest paragraphs in literary history?

Go on Sweaty lad! :)

'I have to say that I found the t-shirts FGR are selling quite humorous and I’m sure the Supporters Trust will greatly receive the funds they generate. We are thinking about printing our own which will say, ‘Yes We Ken’ and we will donate all proceeds to those employees of Ecotricity who were made redundant.'

Too fucking Shay! :)

I also like the way Ken says he won't sink to the same depths as Dale Vince and then forgets during the course of the next paragraph and then spends 1000 words slagging him off.

id think PAYE was a bigger amount?

either way, none of this is a surprise for a business with no cash

Ken lends the business at the last minute, Ken takes out ASAP

If theres no Ken, nobody puts in....bing, bang, bong
