A CIC can have both bank accounts and employees, loads of sports clubs are set up as CIC and operate on a not-for-profit basis (which this one Allanson has set up does as well because it's in their articles). I would think potential buyers of BWFC are well aware of the costs involved in supporting a championship club add that to the money KA wants for the club and you can see why it’s not that easy to sell the club.
