It is, perhaps with this in mind, that it has come to light that the Supporters Trust have set up a shell company (a company with no bank account or employees - out of the reach of creditors)

Is this factually correct?

A CIC can have both bank accounts and employees, loads of sports clubs are set up as CIC and operate on a not-for-profit basis (which this one Allanson has set up does as well because it's in their articles).

Not saying you are wrong btw just wondering what you've based it on?

so, parky asks for an end to thye sniping

so in the middle of his report. thumb head writes

Quote

Some of last week’s major flashpoints were sparked by web-notes issued by club owner, Ken Anderson.

if anderson is numb enough to fire back he deserves all he gets, but is that really impartial reporting from our esteemed journalist

especially as hes quoted parkinson as saying ' the owner has every right to respond to stuff'

meanwhile the sheff weds chairman releases this.

when are people going to realise there’s a bigger picture here.

Follwed by a few ironic replies from the usual suspects on their twitter feed.

Really interesting read that, does show how much of a money bin the Championship is, a Premier League 2 but without the insurance of gigantic TV monies.

Sad state of affairs football these days, you've got to make following a club fun for yourself however you can because if you think too much about the realities of it you'd go insane.

I would think potential buyers of BWFC are well aware of the costs involved in supporting a championship club add that to the money KA wants for the club and you can see why it’s not that easy to sell the club.

So Sheffield Wednesday have spent what 100 times more than we have, according to their Chairman - to stay in the championship.

When will our fans wake up to the fact that we are miles, and miles behind the curve financially to stay in this league? Every year we survive in our current state is a miracle.

Also if a big club like Sheffield Wednesday says this, a mid size club like ourselves....perhaps reality might set in eventually.

And yet day after day it’s proven in football that the more you spend doesn’t necessary correlate with your position in the league.
