It only feels that way because of the 24/7 society. Nobody would have given a fuck 20 years ago.

Besides, the clubs, players and agents are all as bad as each other at one time or another so none of them are in a position to take any moral high ground in most financial scenarios.

There is a point where you have to say the consistent stories about not honouring contracts are doing more damage to the club than biting the bullet. KA has pretty consistently said he is cutting costs/making tough decisions/propping the club up. How long does this go on ?

I dont know the bloke, but im thinking a fair bit less than KA and a bit more than Holdsworth

Ken is supposedly ‘worth’ £9M. When you take out fixed assets and other businesses it means he has feck all tonrun a football club with.

Easy to scoff and say that this-and-that protest is pointless but I suppose it has to start somewhere. Sitting back and moaning online won't get us anywhere.

What are people protesting for ?

What do they want ?

Protest what? Ken knows he isn’t popular. Until someone buys us his only way out is admin. Or selling as much as he can. Frankly a protest against him is pointless. Against the EFL - maybe you are talking.

Nor will walking from Beehive to stadium. Neither will pinging tennis balls on the pitch. That's the point; when someone comes up with a protest worth supporting then it'll gain momentum.

I once did a quick tot up of the most well known generous football 'benefactors' (Jack Walker, Abramovic etc) investment as a percentage of their reported net worth (I'm proper sad me). Can't remember what it was now but it was small - think 5%-10% ish.

If we need say £5-£10m per year to keep the lights on, even without investment in transfer fees we'd need someone worth min £250m to keep us going for the next few years.

Alternatively we need to stop losing money (more cost cutting) plus have access to a few mill for short-term cashflow.
