Traf
HMRC issue a winder (sorry, Cas) pretty much every month. We're due a monthly payment on the 3rd of the month and we've never got it after cobbling the ages together 4 days earlier. Past transgressions mean an instant winder on the 4th, which we generally pay mid-month before setting about cobbling the next set of wages together. A pitiful existence, but a non-story. Site Supporter Biggish Dave Posted February 8, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted February 8, 2019 Comes to something when it’s more newsworthy if wages are paid in good time and we have a month without a WUP

Oh, as for the club legend, well he’s apparently been on the phone today to one of the lads asking who I was as he’s seen my posts on FB they’re biting at the top now. Don't worry, the trust say there's nothing to see https://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/17418334.second-solicitor-fined-over-rules-breach/

Moderators Casino Posted February 8, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2019 Hes only a co opted member of the trust board. And the name on the company set up to buy the club out of admin He's also the latest mouthpiece of the trust, wheeled out twice recently to call Kenneth to account The trust did a quick investigate a few weeks back and told everybody there was no truth in the rumour Dread to think what the rumours might've been

Would that be that Roger Allanson, the board member of the trust who wasn't elected by the trust membership but hand picked by the trust? The same Roger Allanson who was served a final notice by the Financial Conduct Authority for being shit at keeping records and managed a debt management firm that took the fees paid by the customers (struggling with debt) and only paid 51% off the debt and kept the rest? That Roger Allanson?

Sluffy
Do you mean the same Roger Allanson, the sole owner of Accident Injury Claim Lawyers, whose company was dissolved via compulsory strike off just a year before he was hand picked to joint the ST? https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08418800/officers Edited February 9, 2019 by Sluffy grammar error. Sluffy
I also note that the ST have filed their Annual Return and Accounts at the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) yesterday - Thursday 7th February - for the period up to 31st July, 2018. https://mutuals.fca.org.uk/SocietyDetails.aspx?Number=7270&Suffix=CBS I would assume all members must have been provided with a copy and it would be of interest to know what state their financial affairs are, particularly if they have thoughts of club ownership themselves! I also note the ST (under their 'legal' name of Bolton Wanderers Supporters Society Limited) have added their name as a Director of the company on Tuesday, 5th February - that Allanson set up to take control of the club and thus no longer leaving Allanson as the only director any more. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11612819/officers Pure co-incidence of timing in view of the news in todays paper about Mr Allanson and the fine? It's known as research and it's what folk like Allanson hopes the board of ST hope you're not so good at. All seems to pigeon-hole them in the 'naive at best' tray for appointing someone with plenty skeletons in the cupboard.
