frank_spencer
And so he should be Not having that. Killing people is wrong so in order for people to understand that we're going to kill people. Just doesn't make sense, vengeance is not the same as justice.
frank_spencer
I will say his transgressions since leaving prison should revoke his right to ever set foot outside prison again and the 3 year sentence he's been given is ridiculous. He's on license for life, and will only be released when a parole board decide he should be. He'll more than likely spend the rest of his life behind bars. Don't believe the headlines. gonzo
I've mentioned before on here but one of my immediate family worked on the case. There's stuff that happened that will never be released the general public. Beyond shocking.

MancWanderer
A rep who worked for me at the time had a family member who was close to the case. I inadvertently heard details of the case. It’s stuff that you can’t “unremember” Without getting too maudling about it my grandson is living with us at the moment while his mothers house is being done up. He’s the same age as James Bulger was when he died. After Mrs Manc’s reaction to the programme I can’t bring myself to watch it
DirtySanchez
But why on this latest trial does James Bulger's mum feel it's right to speak about his sentence? He's obviously serving life for murdering her son and deservedly so but does his sentence for downloading kiddy porn at a later date have much to do with her? In a way I agree with you....it has nothing to do with her However, he murdered her 2 year old son and hasnt served “life” in any way, shape or form and has gone on to commit an utterly appalling offence in downloading child porn She has every right, more so than anyone else, to ask the question as to why he was “allowed” and able to do it

Matt Lofthouse
I dont think thats him personally Did anyone watch the program on it with trevor mcdonald last night? tough watch Really struggled with it, absolutely heart breaking. I didn’t realise people intervened when they saw him being led away, that memory must absolutely haunt them daily. They also attempted abducting another toddler earlier as well, again I also didn’t know about.

Why does anyone need to know the graphic details of exactly how a toddler was tortured and murdered? What kind of sick mind WANTS to know that stuff? Would you be so indifferent about your sons killer's subsequent crimes and punishment, especially when you thought they got off lightly in the first place?
