Forest V Barnsley

Millwall play Boro. Derby have a tough game away at Villa Saturday meaning they’ll probably need to do something last game.

Would have liked another Roma goal to make that a bit more interesting but aside from that results couldn’t have been much better. Just need to do our bit on Saturday now.

With our goal difference over Burton is it must win or must not lose?

Draw should be good enough

Win though and and Barnsley fail to win and we are staying up

I think we are approaching "fuck it, let's win" territory

If Derby had lost then Brentford would have a lot more to play for at Barnsley plus Derby would also need points the following week

Not bothered about Fulham

I feel sure brentford will still be well up for winning their last 2 games to have a genuine chance of play offs, what an achievement that would be. Unless derby win at villa they definitely can't afford to lose their last game.

Didn't watch or listen to any of it tonight. Results go our way every week and we are still in this mess. Saying that lets get this put to bed Saturday then review after.

If we can't stay up with the shit in and around us we deserve it simple as.

Also a boost for Burton. So not sure it’s a huge advantage. However there is a reasonable possibility that two draws will suffice now.

One draw should be enough as I can see Barnsley losing both and PNE beating Burton; wouldnt like to go into the last game needing a point though

This season could be the record low number of points needed to stay up. Normally it's around 50 isn't it so we are lucky there are so many crap teams with us.

It's not normally around 50

Nearer 47 is the average of the last 10 seasons

Having seen Brentford twice this season I've every confidence they'll have too much for Barnsley.

I think Burton are our biggest threat for 4th bottom. They're resurgent and a club with nothing to lose in the sense that they are punching above their weight at tier 2 level.

My biggest concern on the last day of the season is Preston v Burton. PNE have had a cracking season but they are prone to the occasional slip at home and may well be on the beach by then.

I guess another concern is that Forest dealt efficiently with Barnsley last night - and might do the same with us on the last game.
