Looks like I'd need a hire car to get around all those places. Anybody driven around there - shit scary mountain roads? I enjoyed Como but I believe there are quite a few illegals there now. I’d go for Garda. There are packages available, but they're massively overpriced. I've sorted my own out, but I am a travel agent. Doing a week in Kiev all told, including 2 days at Chernobyl. Nice area , nice and central and hotel was smashing. Everything is a train or tram ride away wherever you stay so you can’t go wrong. Just a few stops from Alexanderplatz which had most going on. Everything is easy to get to but it’s fookin huge. Alenderplatz is like a big square with a shopping centre and bars and restaurants on the periphery.
