miamiwhite
Have folk forgot about this one ? Anyway......for them...Peter Thorne, his brother Willie with a remarkable pot shot off the cushion and Clive Mendonca who’s always been a Thorn in our side.....open the scoring for those Oatcakes scoffing tramps. Peter Shilton own goal....before changing sides and twatting one in from 110 yards for us past a totally blinded Gordon Banks...then in the last minute , Johnny Byron dribbles round 38 of them, slips on some dog shit before head butting it past Mark Stein,Brian Stein and their triplet Franken...... First ever sunday match in Britain played on a Tuesday......watched by 21,743....1,573 Whites see the thriller. Bolty, Leigh White and Bolton Va Va are forced to take the laces out of their moccasins outside the ground and enter wearing £2 Bangladesh produced flip flops bought from the local TK Maxx. ooh...Julian Darby is still a tit. jmjhb
Rowett is a terrible choice of manager for a team that expects to win most weeks. Obviously now I've said that they'll win 3-
Mounts Kipper
We’d of took decent following few years back but the red button ain’t going to help our following.

marple whites
Red button unfortunatley for me and given the m6, it would be crazy not to. Next stop - Rotherham. would be over the moon with a point.
Leyther_Matt
They looked pretty vulnerable on the highlights against Rotherham, albeit they’ll be happy enough having come from 2-0 down. Four of us driving down, cautiously optimistic of a 1-1 draw.

Rushing around after work or even having to finish slightly earlier, stuck on the M6, petrol, food, ticket, cold and home after mid-night. OR Call for a take-away and beers after work and watch it warm in the comfort of your own home. The red button will more than half the following. Sad but understandable. Even where you think oh no rush to leave work so you do an extra hour or whatever rather than clock watching till 4 to go and run for the train away somewhere. Probably a bit hyperbolic but you wonder what direction the game is going in this country at times. Much easier to police though...

Although not everyone has Sky, many turning their backs on it reportedly. Yes midweek away followings will reduce in the championship which means if we get relegated (or promoted) they should increase again unless Sky move all Div 1 mid weeks to Monday and Thursday for red button purposes.
