We went 2 up in no time

Thankfully they came back and battered us

There were all sorts being launched across the divide

Possibly Easter saturday

Probably the only game I was happy we lost. Brutal stadium, glad I experienced  it. On the coach safely and breathe. :)

Blackburn sold 5500 for Preston on Saturday, it's a bit shit being a trotter at the moment.

Another example of a brief stay in league 1 being great for fans reconnecting with following their team, they've come a long way from the Steve Kean days.

I'm not sure whether a double dip back into L1 would be quite such a good thing though. I don't think we'd take quite as many as we did last time unless we were winning and winning well.

No middle ground with our away support

Either impressive or poor

Usually the latter.

Most will have done 3 at most by New Year.

WBA, PNE & Rotherham.

Red button, long trips and our awful side have all played a part.

BTW. Hope the planned underground strikes for the weekend of the Brentford match get called off.

All contributing factors granted

however when the chips are down the arse goes and other clubs similar or smaller still do ok

away from us I see Ipswich have sold 20k home tickets tomorrow night on tv against wba £10 but great for a club to have the backing

Best place to sup?

Have been in the barrowboy and banker near London Bridge which was alreet for one or two

Market Porter, the George and Bunch of Grapes best choices around station. Bunch of microbreweries around Druid Street (20 mins from station) if you’re into that sort of thing.

Millwall on same points as us but all their wins so far have been at home. Would be delighted with a smash and grab away win

2 more sleeps , 12 of us up at some unreasonable hour for this one.

Going  via Manc then Crewe , some strange master plan , in order to confuse the football gods. If this comes off and we manage to scrape a win , I suppose a stop over and a brew on Crewe Station will become the norm.

Aye. Wish they'd hand the job over to Embankment. I know Alan tips up everywhere but anyone can get on official travel and go every game it's easy. Let someone who needs a two page spread just to explain how they got there do it I'd probably buy a paper then!

Spoke to Alan once , he said he is limited to what anecdotes he can use. Ashburner Street visiting some dodgy emporium down King Cross , Sputnik turning up with the remains of Fridays chippy tea in his back pocket and Sweden Al chewing the ear off some poor bugger about a long forgotten England game in Outer Mongolia and getting chucked out of a Cliff Richards gig. Is not what the readership expect of their local paper.

Plus Doom Bar is a crap pint unless supped South of Bristol.

( wonder how that parrot is going on ? )

Our next 3 games are against teams with horrible form.

SW are bottom.

Wigan have  lost last 4.

Millwall not great.

Surely we’ll get a point somewhere.

Mind you, they will probably be thinking here come a team in crisis, great time to pick up 3 points and kick start a run.

Being a wanderer even in the darkest hour would be far better than being a chicken botherer in their crowning moment pal

I know pal, it's just a bit tough over this side of the hill at the moment especially for my lads at school. We'll be back!
