Rushing home to unpeel the pages (blissfully unaware of the fluids that had caused it) and gazing at cloppers was heartwarming. It's only much later in life you wonder why and how they got there in the first place. The obvious guess is that married men had to dump their stash, but i also had a theory that newsagents threw old copies out in an effort to get lads hooked on it.
