Take Hunt Off
It'll be embarassing crowd wise but I'll be there probably wishing twenty minutes in that I had'nt bothered but heyho it was no different in the Prem days Lincoln & York spring to mind Greatest cup competition in the world my arse........maybe once upon at time. Johnnyrotten
I will be there but I must admit the huddersfield game was as bad as it gets in terms of both teams and both sets of fans failing to disguise their lack of interest. I am hoping that playing a div 1 side will make it more of a competitive game. The sad thing about the cup for me is I'm not sure what we want from it any more. With our current team being so bad I want our exit to be without embarrassment, so avoiding either a hiding against a prem team or a headline making giant killing. Mounts Kipper
Happy with the draw it’s winnable if Sunderland get throught it’ll be decent crowd, let’s get through couple of rounds then pull a biggy.

Happy Wanderer
If it's Sunderland I'd offer them the whole of the East stand and try and pack out the lower tiers behind the goals with home fans.

marple whites
What an anti climax that was. First out (didn't want home draw), then totally uninspiring opposition.

Moderators Horwich Posted December 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted December 4, 2018 Decent draw if Sunderland play a weaker team Could be worth about £175,000 to us
Site Supporter MickyD Posted December 4, 2018 Site Supporter Share Posted December 4, 2018 Quote Black Cat ways Quote Not a mint draw but it'll do. Would have enjoyed a prem team at home, but an away game to a poor Championship side could be a decent marker for where we're at currently. Plenty tickets for those wanting to go as well, and it's definitely winnable
