I'm using Firefox and there were two banners, one green and one (I think) was blue. I pressed the X to get shut of them in an "I'll do this later" kind of way. I haven't seen them since. I don't know if it deletes all the cookies or just logs out. I shall try it. Update - It didn't make the banners reappear.
