Contemplating Scafell Pike on Friday. Prefer a circular route. Guessing Wasdale most straight forward starting point/parking. 

Even though its sunshine and VG visibility - didn't check the winds.

Saying 60mph gusts. Apparently thats classed as "storm" conditions. Guessing that makes it a no-go.

I see it now that once I lose it if I keep on going at it it means I can enjoy myself. Like you says it when you stop though that’s the hard bit keeping going

Work shiftS -  yes...I eat when I’m hungry but usually same time most days.

no alcohol, however I don’t take in 3 litres of water a day (plenty of vimto (sugar free of course) and coffee)
