He soon found out that the current is more important to the fans than the past. I think McGinlay ought to make sure his choice of sides to sit with. It may come back and bite him. The staff at Victoria Hall are all very much old-school Methodists. (At least they pretend to be) I was appearing in a show there and at half time we nipped over the car park for a beer in the Blue Boar. The woman on the door wasn't for letting us back in when we got back to close the second half. It was only when we pointed out that we were one of the acts she reluctantly changed her mind.
