Right, it may just be me being a fucking grumpy, miserable old bugger now I'm pushing 40 but.....  Isn't it all a bit much?

Masses of Cardiff fans in floods of tears, minutes silences, t-shirts with his face on them, applause in the 28th minute, more tears after the match and God knows what else, that's just off the top of my head.

All for a player who didn't ever step foot in Cardiff.

Folk can't wait to express their grief nowadays.

I have been saying this all week I just don't get the massive over reaction from Cardiff fans for a player who never set foot on the pitch and they had never heard of 2 weeks ago.

basically, he only died because he signed for them

am sure every club would be the same, there's probably Cardiff fans who think it's an over reaction too

leave em to it

Why the fuck did he need a private plane?

Ryanair to Stansted and a Joe Baxi to Cardiff -

In all fairness, I doubt he expected to crash.

Once he was on board and worried, not sure there's much he could do.

Suppose we'll find out more in due course when the aaib have finished their work.

some shite about the fella having crashed put others off joining

he really is a massive cock

Yes he said that - he also wanted the window extended just for Cardiff - the mans a dick and Cardiff fans  are closely running Liverpool in the self pity city stakes now

Just watching last nights MOTD.  Another minutes silence and more tears.  Maybe I'm just a bit heartless but these fellas are giving the Scousers a run for their money.

What frustrates me somewhat, is waving national flags of Argentina (or whatever country is relevant). Pay respects to the fella by all means, but why not leave it there.

Watching Good Morning and they've just had an interview with the wife and daughter of the pilot of Sala's plane. Obviously, they'd like the search to keep going until their hubby/dad is found too.

Later on, Kate Garroway says to guest presenter, Richard Madeley, we're going to treat you to some flying lessons.
