Howard has pointed out numerous times the ridiculousness of going bankrupt to dirt rich in 4 years, especially following some of the headlines about him swindling his best friend out of rent... If Ken drags Bassini to court begging to delay it again then he must really think he's got the cash. Otherwise it makes no sense to potentially have the shares taken off you at the last minute for nothing, when you've been offered a pay off for them to just not be a cunt on the way out. I don’t know anything about it, but reading between the lines I reckon the judge will be minded to refer to the previous WU petition and the inference to the buyer settling all debts. Sounds like it depends on whether or not Ken can find a judge before 16:30 to give him an extra week to sort it. If he can then he must be pretty certain Bassini has the money, because in all likelihood it won't be wrapped up by Wednesday and we'll be liquidated and given a week to sort shit out.
