Information that would seemingly be available to someone employed by the trust. The people now involved with such may be out of touch with the ‘general fan’ feel and opinion. An administrator has to advertise offers for the club for a minimum of 21 days to stop pre pack deals but in that period they have to speak to the ST and give them a chance to submit a bid in that period?
