Heads of terms have been agreed. You don’t put in a £1m un-refundable amount if there are still material concerns that you won’t complete. Chill, it will happen, stop listening to Nixon. Obviously the sooner the better as we’re getting closer to the season but it looks like there is plenty being done in the background even though the sale isn’t completed. And hotel will make it worse but I think people read too much into media reports. Marc Iles, for his sins, has at least taken to mainly reporting the known facts with a bit of conjecture thrown in, as a journalist should. If anything, his measured approach of late makes me think he's onside with the people closest to this and is playing things right. He's actually been good for the last couple of months and I've given him as much stick as anyone in the past. I get the impatience, but we really do have to look at the long term picture and stop flapping about this season. Anything other than relegation is a proper bonus. I keep on asking him what's happening at Bolton and he tries to fob me off by making out that I probably know as much as he does. Ha! A likely story!
