Had a look at the court listings, and there is nothing obvious in the ones listed to suggest it is Bassini

If it is listed and they have gone back to the same judge it can only be  this one below   ( I enquired but they refused to confirm / deny it was ) it was last on list .

Before His Honour Judge Eyre QC

Agreed it could be. Sent a text to a mate who is a senior Judge at the court, he hasn't responded as yet but suspect he is either in chambers or involved elsewhere

Dropping to the 4th tier worked out well for Man City as well.

And it's almost certain we are going to be in the 4th tier next season - can't see any other outcome as things stand.

If you do  hear anything please update us all

Even though it says it is being held in public I was told the judge could elect to hold it in private If he felt it appropriate to do so .

If it is the Bassini case suppose we might get an update of sorts later pm

Don't imagine it will be sorted fully today though

My source at court confirms it's nowt to do with any names that interest us.

*Got them on alert to let me know if Wanderers or any relevant names pop up urgently this afternoon.

I'm taking the fact the game is on as a good sign that admins and league are confident this can be got rid of and sale can go ahead. If EFL felt that was in doubt they'd surely have canned the game as they have been for Bury.

aye, the admins certainly know that Bassini is a crank, and the EFL should do by now, and this can all fuck off in due course

I think Debbie Jevans, new EFL boss, and Sharon Brittan have a sisterhood thing going on. DJ is showing support for the club that we might not have had with a bloke in charge.

Also, men generally are on the back foot when dealing with a female boss. It takes them out of their comfort zone. Could be an asset for the club in the future.

Yeah only further information I got was that it's adjourned until Wednesday, obviously other applications might bring that forward. But nothing at Manchester, as yet.

Not expecting any announcement on the hotel tonight. The administrators are not overly concerned with the Bassini litigation. They expect to select "one or two" bidders and move towards an SPA and completion soon. FV have now sorted their side of things, I understand

No BAFO?  Squeeze the rag

Football is male dominated, so I stand by what I said. Perhaps I should have specifically stated "in football" for those not so quick on the uptake.

I know it's male dominated... But you said "men generally" which is.... A bit of a generalisation :D

Fair enough. When I worked it was mostly in the coal and then construction industries and they were both male bastions. It was harder for women to get on than men, still is I believe.
