Bassini had an injunction to stop the sale of the club.  That has been overturned.    The adjournment is now personal, Bassini vs Anderson.  Nowt to do with BWFC anymore.

(Disclaimer:  at least that's what I think...)

its being said the prev injunction didnt stop the sale

plot thickens

Injunction was preventing the sale of the club and it was predicated on their being potential detriment to to the value of the shares which LB had agreed to buy I believed

Evidently the judge does not Believe a sale will cause said detriment so sale can proceed

Also proves that Bassini does have some sort of a case and isn’t a complete moonman JSL

im not sure FV will complete though unfortunately

May not have legally stopped it, but if you were FV when Bassini made his case last week I think you'd probably want to know what was happening..

Iles saying a sale can go through but it's subject to potential legal issues

Sale goes ahead and then judge rules in LB favour at next hearing he had a legal right to the club and as such I would imagine FV would need to sell it to him at that point and it would unravel everything that has gone before.

kA would be liable for the admin costs potentially and costs incurred by FV and old Laurence would own the club. That’s my take On What this means

It's not good news at all this.. not a chance FV will complete a deal with the chance Bassini could take the club back off them.

He will be delighted comes to court with fuck all evidence then to get it adjourned to 2nd September could be in pole position to get the club now since no fucker else would want it with the situation we are in

Not a chance the court would decide the sale of the club can continue, then decide on sept 2nd that bassini owns the club - not a prayer.

Nobody knows as we don’t know what proof if funding he’s got.  If Sullivan is bankrolling him then possibly. My understanding was only thing he failed on was proof and source of funding. If he’s now got that god help us

Absolutely they can. Been done before with businesses and property sales. It’s the law sadly.

it will be a case of if bassini wins ka pays him compo or something

Yeh probably. The court must be aware that the deal with FV is close to completion, but has left the door open for Bassini to have a case against KA. Bassini won’t be owning BWFC this time, but FV need to complete sharpish.

I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole if I was FV. Not with a loon like LB waiting in the wings. Why wouldn't they just wait until the 2nd and have some assurances?
