Good track record? Yeah, SISU rings a bell. Let's ask Coventry about their track record. In fairness, we don't really know what pressures have or haven't been applied to fv by the administrators. Given Kunterson, Bassini etc perhaps both fv and admins have been busy beating them off. That is until the administrators issued the statements this morning. I tend not to get involved in the arguments/discussions about the sale as I simply don't understand it all But..............if BWFC are liquidated, and the stadium is no longer a football ground, what value is there in a hotel that is integral to a structure that would gradually become derelict? I'm no civil engineer, but if the stadium was flattened (as I'm assuming it would be post-liquidation) surely the hotel would go as well?
