Where did he hint that? I thought he said he couldn't possibly comment.

Unless i'm missing summat.

When people say I couldn't possibly comment it's sometimes an inference that what is being said is true but not wanting to say so

It might not be the case in this instance

Same one as FV 😂

isnt prosecution just any comeback internally let’s leave it at that

any wrong-doing of the sorts banded about on here by some would be dealt with if true and he couldn’t escape that but it’s a big IF

I did English at Uni, but I’m struggling to decipher this.

If you know what it is, why not just say? Feel free to DM me, I won’t bite 😁

His 👍 to Manchester white.

whatever.

He’s making out he knows then holding back when asked to give actual details, probably the most annoying thing that happens on here to be honest.

I’m just passing on what I hear same as others in here that’s all

we all know as much as we’re told. I don’t have to say anything but I chose to try and she’s some light on what I felt was the situation that’s all mate not trying to be elusive

This will have been dealt with and agreed the amounts he was to pay on completion of the deal with FV? It wouldn’t be the last thing to agree say of completion.

The issue is likely to be a clause or wording giving edt an ability to claim more should something trigger it like a certain event  or additional information

"It is thought to centre on whether Anderson will have any future liability for £7.5m bridging loans and other cash he received from the Trust when he bought the club" is an interesting statement as it doesn't quantify the total amount he borrowed and ultimately is saying he wants more money in the form of less debt.

Been away on holiday so haven’t been reading as much.

Can anyone tell me, for the notice of withdrawal from the league. Do we have 14 days from tomorrow? Ie if they choose to kick us out. Is there then a 14 day period for us to sort our shit out and do a deal?

Also, how long is the period from when the administrators ‘begin the closing down of the club’ on Wednesday until we actually shut?

Basically, how long have we ACTUALLY got to sort this out?

The 14 days is not relevant.

The admin are saying we basically do not have enough cash to trade. If that is the case we can not enter into any future commitments or activity. So we have till tomorrow to at least plug the gap.

I'd say liquidation is the immediate issue

We need, say, 500k by wednesday

Absolutely correct. But and a big but. If ken gets his way then deal gets done with FV and we are safe.

All down to how much kg is going to let KA away with though

Cannot see anyone sticking 500k in can you?

I suppose the question is how much did EDT loan KA and how much made it to the club.

Since we've not seen the accounts for last year or even the year before, we'll probably never know, but from the looks of it what he's been doing is, selling assets such as Holding, Clough and Madine, taking the money gained from these sales directly and then loaning the equivalent back to the club plus any extra to cover losses/ cashflow. I would assume he has done the same with the loans hes gotten from the EDT. Maybe I'm just taking out my ass. (for legal purposes: this is only speculation and not to be taken as fact)

Well that would be very naughty indeed, for example if EDT loaned him £3M but only £2.5M made it to the club, who picks up the shortfall?

But he does have form doesn't he.

The thing is that if he has done what he got busted for before he'll probably use the liquidation of the club as a lever to try to ensure it doesn't come out in the wash.

Ken will get what he wants and he knows it. That’s why he’s doing it.

The likes of Michael James and Eddies family who watched him devote his life to us, won’t let the club die.

Ken knows this and will get what he wants at the last minute. He’s got us over a barrel in that respect, the slimy cnut.

Hopefully after he does, he also gets his comeuppance.
