Yeah, likewise. Would probably just follow England from now on, and get more into other sports.

Not even that bothered about England. I don't particularly enjoy watching football to be honest. Bolton Wanderers are my only link to the sport, thanks to my dad.

See this is like my lad, he would probably follow Wednesday, like me, I mean, he wants them to win above most other sides, but, his heart wouldn't be in it. I never forced him, he made his own choice, and through me living in atherton Bolton were his team since he knew what footy was, hes been a mascot, frontline, been to all the xmas and halloween parties, and now hes 15 and is kinda lost

do you still live in the area?

I wouldn't expect any more tonight

Last one was what, 1130?

They say ASAP, your probably right Cass.  When I saw the bloke breaking the news at Bury FC that’s when it hit home ‘fcuk, this could be us’, can’t say I’m feeling very sleepy now mind.

If you've not pissed ankle deep in crappy run down bogs watching your team play out a drab 0-0 Vs Barnsley on cold January night then you haven't lived.

..or gone for a piss in the bogs in the Lever End without getting wet socks for that matter. 🙄

Last day of my 14 day shift today and I am absolutely drained. Hardly any sleep at all last night. Combination of too hot and wanting to check what's going on. Let's all hope we get the best positive news some time this morning. Keep everything crossed. Does anyone know if that Pie Eater got a slap yesterday :)

Surely after seeing Bury thrown out of the league, everyone will want the deal done today. Hopefully our nightmare could be over and we can all put this behind us. FV have some very wealthy people behind them and MJ has our best interest at heart. Please god let this be a new dawn today. Feel for all the Bury fans. Some very good people at the club. Will miss our rivalry. I hope someway Bury will come up the leagues. Be very interested if Dale is allowed to sell ground for millions now. Utter madness.

A MESSAGE TO MICHAEL JAMES

Thank you sincerely for everything that you have done and are still trying to do to save my club Bolton Wanderers. I want you to succeed and I want to help.

I'm happy to pay the equivalent of a season ticket to you today and trust in you use the money in whatever way you feel is most useful to help secure the future of BWFC.

Does anyone on here know how to set up Crowd Funding or have any contact with Michael James?

If someone can set this up I'll readily put the first £500 in.

I'm just sick of feeling useless and unable to influence events.

My sentiments too, I’d gladly put some money into the coffers if it got a deal over the line and final rid us of a sweaty cancer (no I didnt miss an h)

I think we’re gone unfortunately lads if a deal was going to be done it would of been done last night guessing Micheal James has tried his utter best to keep this club alive. I was hoping Ken might of got worried about threat of liquidation but he really isn’t one bit, I’ve given up all hope :(

What sort of money is needed ? If its half a million say, it only needs 1000 people with 500 quid sitting around to do this. I would also be up for this.

EDIT: I do understand that its a hell of a lot of money, but there MUST be 1000 people who have watched, loved, lived BWFC down the years that can put that money up.
