Wouldn’t you agree that the goal posts moved the minute PA called Nixon?

Give us a percentage chance that Ken gets his 7 day extension. I know you don't know the full ins and outs, but judging from what you do know, what are you going with?

Cheers pal. Been trying to keep a few people up to date so skimmed past a few messages.

No worries

to be fair it is 50/50 unless you are legally astute as it’s either yes or no.

Im struggling to believe that an entity the size of this would fuck up this small technicality they would make sure it was watertight

So a 50/50 judge's decision determines whether Bolton Wanderer's have a decade of uncertainty and worry or maybe even non-existance.

OR a decade of hope, prosperity, positivity.

Pray to god there's no judges from Wigan.

No, he truly doesn’t care.

So is it tomorrow or we're fucked then, do you think? I just want to know if I should be bracing myself for tomorrow or if there is still a BIG chance this can get delayed again.

I know you said Ken can come back in the liquidation week to your bidders, but how would that work? We probably wouldn't be able to get the Ipswich game staffed?

Plz keep us as updates as you can tomorrow, if nothing is heard by 4:30 pm should we begin to feel excited ?

There wouldn’t be an announcement if Ken got an injunction.

There would be a press release at 1630 if the shares were transferred.

So you're saying if we've not heard that the shares have been taken  by 1630 tomorrow (Tuesday) then we're either getting Bassini or liquidated.

Or ken comes back in liquidation week if Bassini falls through and takes their offer (with less money that he's being offered now.)

It won’t be delayed by the court again unless they drag Bassini in with them and beg for time to complete, the issue is KA will be asked about the other bidder from the previous hearing......

Ipswich game possibly played In Ipswich

Think there is still a chance they can deal after, but sounds less likely.

Feels like Bassini/ liquidation is nailed on with our luck
