If Ken was selling lock stock and barrel to Bassini, then Bassini’s injunction / court action would presumably have applied to the hotel just as much as the club? I haven't looked at the group structure closely enough to know which entity owns the hotel and whether it was caught by the original injunction (or the current one). If I am, and if I'm also right that the legal action is now solely between Bassini and ICI, could it be that the reason why the sale of the club can proceed but the sale of the hotel can't is because it wasn't placed into administration by the defendant company?
