No, but it isn’t the clean start we hoped for. I guess an element of protectionism from Warburton in it, assuming he’s involved.... EFL won’t stop it and it actually reduces the debt by £2.5-£3M as presumably Warburton won’t come knocking if he’s invested. Brett is in for £2.5M secured against academy land already, he wants to protect that because he’s third in the liquidation queue (by £13.5M).
