What decision do you think the judge will make tomorrow?

I think liquidation but the next week will bring a sale and a ‘recission’ to stop the WU order.

I don’t know if Ken will actually apply for an extension if he’s trying to force a sale because it just leaves him on the hook for wages again.

So, today we have a winding up petition in place

Tomorrow evening we could be under a winding up order

But liquidators would only be appointed a week later

Leaving a week for a deal?

Is that it?

No, liquidators appointed immediately (the actual process takes a few days) but 5 working days to appeal/find the cash to remove the order.

I would assume a deal WILL happen but it's just a case of damage limitation for ken. He stands to lose a lot of money, doesnt he?

In liquidation, yes, and possibly more than just money. He will almost certainly be asked to return any funds he has taken from the club over the past couple of years. Asset sale should clear 75% of his Moonshift debt.

In administration; will probably break even/owe Moonshift a couple of million that they’ll never see, although there’s literally nobody (other than HMRC) to fund administration.

Have it on ITK authority it’s looking bleak, can’t say anymore but very trusted source who is an expert in corporate distress / recovery

really worried for the club I love

Nobody, however much of an expert he is, knows how this plays out

You would need to know what was going on behind the scenes

Even then you wouldn't know. Not even the closest can see the end of this yet.

The problem is, is that Eddie Davies saved us last time, as he was willing to, because he had an unbreakable love for this club.

Ken Anderson meanwhile couldn’t give 2 flying shits from Beevers about this club, the only thing he cares about is how he personally, financially gets out of this, and that’s why no deal had happened thus far.

Hes a cancer to this club, and the sooner he’s gone the better
