If he had the money he would go to Moonshift directly, buy the debt of Inner Circle (they’d probably get a discount), call in the shares held on the loan, which then writes off the debt to Ken and crack on from there. Ken needs play no part in this. Ken knows this and that’s why the delay isn’t down to him, he needs the deal doing before he gets cut out of it entirely.
