The reason for this is that as soon as the WU petition becomes a WU order, no other creditors can piggyback on it via substitution, this gives protection against lots of upfront payments. I'll take a stab at those - Yes we will still be a club because it takes about a week to appoint the Liquidator No Anderson is still the owner until the debt is called in. Yes the people who bought the debt from Moonshine would only have been allowed to do so by providing they have the funds to make the club stable.
