Recommended Posts

What is the best way to get milk out of you car carpet, a wanker in a BMW pulled out on me yesterday and I had to slam on, the four pint bottle of milk I had in a bag on the passenger seat jumped off and emptied all over the foot well, i've used hot water and soap but I've been told when it dries it will stink

Take it to one of Eastern European war criminals who will give the carpets a wash.

Failing that never let your carpet dry.

Surely a job for Swanny - if he's still doing that kind of thing.

I used to work with a lad who dropped a pint of milk in his car once, fuck me, the stench never left, it was rank

Fucking horrible stink. Best result we had was using bicarb first and then a good strong pine disinfectant wash a couple of times.

Worse smell than the strongest smelling Gorgonzola you can imagine. Rank.

if you pm me I can sort it.

Milks grim to get out. As mick said, you need enzymes to break it down but also get it back out

In all fairness Barry, i'm not advertising anymore due to the new job, it makes it a bit awkward, so i don't mind doing jobs for people I know.

Part and parcel of the job. Paid to learn how to clean it, and it's an unfortunate part of life.

Milks worse:p

Townleys is/was a pig farm...

I told that to a mate once, who'd lived in the vicinity all his life and was supposedly intelligent.

He said "I've never seen any pigs knocking about..."

Like they usually let them out to pasture to have a wander.

Pigs are very useful to someone needing to dispose of a body 😉

Great, let them loose in the house of commons and let Swanny clean up.

Your mate obviously didn't have a sense of smell because often, there's no mistaking the stench of pig farm.

A bit like living in Edgeworth and claiming there isn't a maggot farm.

Fuck me, the stench when they spread the slurry on the fields...

I did mention that at the time, he'd always put it down to 'cowshit'.

A proper stink that.

I was born not far from a former bone works; apparently, it had its own name, the Kingston stink such was it's reputation.

Thankfully, things are done differently now.
