No mate. Think sausages, beer and gas chambers

sounds like a weekend at Blackpool pride or summat that come to think of it

Ahh, OK. Work for Merc then do you? I'd be jealous of your visit. Be fascinating to see any of the F1 team factories, but especially the engine manufacturers. Technology doesn't come more cutting edge than them. Always erks me a little when folk say, so and so only won coz he's in the best car. We'll that's not right anyway, but also, it's a team sport overall. They all working within the same regulations to produce the best car they can, it's as much of a fight as it is on track.

I couldn’t possibly comment pal 😁

and absolutely I think people miss that the unsung heroes are the engineers and design teams. These boys are sensationally talented. And work so very hard.

Am big F1 fan just about re sorted Budapest GP for next year after it was cancelled

have a bit  Mercedes and McLaren stuff are really nice McLaren stuff is expensive but it’s not cheap rubbish cover in sponsors, the red bull stuff is the worse.

What did he do that was stunning for people who didn't watch it.

Looking at the times he drove the best car round 0.107 seconds quicker than his team mate in the second best car.

Bottas looked like he hit a perfect lap and Lewis beat it with a track record

Lewis would drive botas' car faster than botas.

Bit like Lampard would manage utd better than ogs.

Maybe, probably not.

That's why the best teams get the best drivers.

Like utd not being able to compete with liverpool and city. And Chelsea.

Hamilton wouldn’t have got close in a Ferrari today or any race this year. There is huge gulf between the two cars. Just look at mini merc and and how well they are doing this year.

he’s the best driver but also In by far the best car. All cars equal Then Lewis still wins the world title for me but max and le clerc run him close.

I know Ferrari are shit, but I'm trying to stick it to our resident red!

😂😂 he does have The semblance of a point albeit doesn’t appear overly educated when it comes to F1 but if there was an Eccles Grand Prix now then that’s a different kettle of fish

Just watched highlights on channel 4. Hamilton not put a wheel wrong all weekend, pole, lead race start to finish and fastest lap. Can't do anymore than that. Hardly saw any footage of him in the race, that in itself shows how much he bossed it.

I'm not convinced by le clerc

Far from it

I think he has a lot of potential for sure. I have a feeling Sainz might just upset the order though.

Good drivers can also help the team develop the car or tune it for a race better, that in turn results in, well, better results.

The new generation of Norris, Albon and Russell look interesting.

If hamilton commits to merc, dont think he has yet? theres every chance russell gets a drive at merc

And norris is going well, too, as you say

Albon might end up getting dumped at red bull as hes going to be judged v verstappen

I think Horner likes Albon as a driver. He knows he has a star in Verstappen and hopes Albon steps up. You never know, Gasly might even get his seat back! He is another with potential.

I can't wait for Silverstone in a fortnight.

Merc should looking at the tracks this year win every race between their drivers now. Hamilton almost unbeatable and will need mechanical gremlins to stop merc winning them all.

They are seriously fast. Made me laugh a little how Wolff explained the reason for their pace was in part due to trying to match the power of the Ferrari unit. Then Ferrari got knobbled by the FIA and the rest is history.

Ferrari will come again that’s for sure. I would love personally to see Red Bull really push on and become real Title challengers to merc. At the moment the gap is too big and it just diminishes my enjoyment and all the fun in back in the field.
