Peterborough home. Beavers broken leg, win 2-0

Peterborough's former owner died a few months ago not long after Eddie had died. Peter Boizot made his fortune out of selling pizzas but I understand he'd not a lot of dough left when he shuffled off the mortal coil.

There's a lengthy obituary in the Grauniad about the life of Peter Boizot.  Not a mention in the Grauniad about the life and achievements of our Eddie though.

I blame that Conn man.

It took me a week to realise too!

MK Dons at home then

It may well have taken you a week but I only saw your post about 2 hours ago.

Anyway, MK Dons home, full house and new owners paraded on the pitch.

Before our rag tag squad are smashed 3-0 to a chorus of boos and ‘whoeverismanagerout’ is tweeted and posted with fervour....

Shrewsbury - remember us not playing that well, seemed to take thousands, let goal on a baking hot day

grimsby - what a game, took loads, fights between our own fans, goals galore, felt like we had a good side

leicester - another level, it doesn’t get better than that, 10 points from first 12, top of the league, this premier lark is easy
