If the rotor on the chopper move at the same speed as the "flicking", then the video is in essence the same photo every fraction of a second. eg If you look at someone, close your eyes for a second and look at them again and they're in the same place as before, they might or might not have moved. Call the opposite side of the circle from edge you're standing 12. Carrs on the outside circle drive towards the 3 then the 6 then 9 and back to 12 i.e. clockwise.
