gonzo
A few lads from Bolton are doing the 3 peaks challenge, but cycling to each one! An absolutely ridiculous challenge and fair play to those doing it. A lot will know those involved from the match etc and it’s all for Duchenne UK, which a few of you will know means a lot to those involved. Here’s the just giving link if anyone fancies tipping a few quid in. Like I say this is some challenge. Knowing the lads involved they’ll smash it. https://www.justgiving.com/Wingitchallenge1 ill fire up any more links and info later cheers all x
Matt Lofthouse
Some effort that. Ben Nevis bored the shit out of me but actually cycling to it first would compound the miserable climb. Fair fucks to them.

Site Supporter Spider Posted July 1, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted July 1, 2019 That's mental. It's hard enough when you're being driven to each one. Ben Nevis is dull, Scafell harder than you'd think, and Snowdon probably the easiest. But cycling in between? They need their bumps felt. royal white
Cracking effort by some cracking lads, fair play to them. A former Marine is also doing an odd one at the moment. He’s walking to the top of each of the 3 peaks with a rowing machine on his back, once at the top he’s rowing the same distance....like you do! https://www.itv.com/news/border/2019-06-25/former-marine-carries-26kg-rowing-machine-up-britains-highest-peaks/
Site Supporter only1swanny Posted July 3, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted July 3, 2019 Did all 3 in 24 hours in 2016, the drive alone was hellish. Loved Ben Nevis fwiw, but cycling to each one... impressive even to have the balls to try that one!
MancWanderer
When I saw the original post I thought that gonzo meant Pen-Y-Ghent, etc. Jesus, Snowdon’s ace and not too hard, Scafell nearly killed me, and not done Ben Nevis yet. But cycling between them as well? Just Wow!!!!!
