Maybe. They did it for the FA cup.

I think there might be enough grumpy gits like me around to not make it worth the risk

Yep, I've been ESU since we moved there.

WSU is for Tena wearing coffin dodgers - no atmosphere at all.

Regulation is this

Covered seats behind the goals are ranked as 2 (regardless of tier).

Got that far but after that I got confused thinking about it and went and did a brew.

Thought you could have a certain amount of games a season where it can be cheaper for home fans

Boro did it to us a few seasons back

‘Local promotion’, we’ve had a few teams do it to us. Think we did it to Sheffield Wednesday in revenge one time?

We charge(d) same for all upper tiers including NSU so bases covered there for equivalent view etc

Anyone who stops going because they can't sit in their favourite seat can fuck off. I was displaced from my long-term seat in the WSL a couple of seasons ago. I didn't threaten to stop going, I just went and picked a decent seat.

I'd do the same as you, I really don't care where I sit, or who with.  Not everyone is like us, I'd rather they didn't F off though, not sure who gains from that.  If only the loyal/don't care about prices/seats/Parky etc turned up, we would have got 7k on v Peterbrough and Forest, sometimes you need the 'part-timers' to boost the experience for everyone.

Don’t they have to charge no more than the equivalent seat in the home end ?

Seats in the top tier behind the goal have always been charged at the same price as top tier down the side.  It used to be £39 for away fans in top tier for a Cat A game in the Prem, and that was 15 years ago or more.  Home fans don't have to pay the same because its a family stand so I assume no adults buy single tickets.

ITK or your guess?

Complete guess

Prob reasonable to say 40 less for adults as weve paid twice

Frankly, I'm lucky it doesn't really matter these days

Hope everybody who wants to come can afford to come
