Was there any word on what Parky/Parkin were doing during the week, if McCann/Spooner prepared the team?

first team coaches prob just oversaw sessions, as the u18s are mccanns/spooners responsibilty.

it would be wrong of parky to get involved to any great extent wouldnt it?

Plastic sheds are the way forward, no maintenance

We got a metal one. It was without doubt the hardest/most finicky thing I’ve ever had to build.

Then a storm blew the fucker to pieces as I hadn’t anchored it down.

And me

Anybody calling him anything else needs to take a long, hard, look at themselves

Nobody doubts the job he's doing off the pitch.  His shortcomings are on the pitch.  2 different things entirely.  And I would be amazed if anyone would give up a guaranteed year's salary from the day they get sacked, by resigning, with no guarantee of walking into another job any time soon.  Top bloke, probably a great person to have as your boss, just a poor football manager unfortunately.

This with bells on.

Took me and my neighbour ages to put one up for a customer. Struggle to get bolt holes lined up etc.

Never again.

We must have had 30 players go on strike between St Mirren, Brentford and today.

Maybe we've been unlucky in recruiting a load of shirkers, or maybe they were/are doing what any pros would in their position?

I guess any new senior signings should be forced to deal with the same bullshit ours have for the last eight months. Only way to prove it

Absolutely spot on.  If every single player we've got has "striked", could it just possibly be that its justified to some extent?  No, they must all be complete tossers, every single one of the players that play for us, and probably 2000 other professional footballers are absolute shirkers as well, but they havent signed for us yet so we haven't found out.

Put a metal one up for mother in law (not to put her in)😀, it was a bitch to assemble and now covered in rust

Swanny moved my plastic one threw it over the fence straight into his van

Put any spin on it you like

The 5 who turned their back on us today are forever tainted

Their loss

Its their loss.  Its our loss.  Everyone associated with the club has lost in the last year or so.  Nobody signed up for us, or any team, thinking "sod this lot at the first sign of trouble I'm chucking the towel in".  How about none of us know how we would react in the same circumstance, we've not been party to all the crap going on behind the scenes, I would never judge another person for striking eg teachers, train drivers, nurses, without being in that situation myself first.

There weren't many complaints about him last time we were in L1.  Grated his tactics for two years in the Championship stank the place out but there is the possibility he was aware of the lack of quality available and was more focused on stopping the opposition. Six weeks ago I would have given a gold clock to see him gone for someone more creative but getting rid is the least of our worries at present.  Yesterday was a one off, there's no way we can battle through this season with that team alone.  If folk still have Parky out top of their agenda they need to look in the mirror til it stops hurting.

Was interesting to see Lincoln's ground half empty for their opening game after promotion, might not be as difficult as we're thinking to get in

Attendance 8668, capcity 10k.  Accy only took 250 so home end a virtual sell out.  Away end is small, when we go there it will sell out quickly.  My brother lives in Lincoln, and he's expecting me to be there for that game but I cant guarantee a ticket therefore not committing to a hotel etc yet.

Certainly didn't look full in the big stand behind the goal, could have been after half time who knows. Looking forward to that one.
