Terrible turn out today.

Or is everyone watching the hairy bikers, either the ones at Bolton Food Festival or the ones at Pride?

It’s poor but no season tickets and folk not sure if games going to get called off and folk like me on holiday ain’t helping our crowd size.

Anyway, seriously, does this town want a football club

It's doing a good impression of one that doesn't care

Yet when they do stuff like cancel matches late piss about with this here takeover and generally take piss out of loyal fans you say we dont need the moaners!

Quite.

Nothing is going to change much until the takeover has happened, and a semblance of a team and coaching staff in place.

A good few on holiday too, but buggering around having paid for tickets for a game to be called off just fucks folk off.

Appleton is a complete amateur and unless we get this done soon the season is over and we can start looking at League 2

Now 0-4

Not sure where the blame really lies; seems Kenneth is cunting about again at the moment, but you're right, be difficult to get people back if the trap door is already opening

I think it's time to postpone our fixtures until we get a takeover. There's literally no point if we're getting battered every week with the kids.

Unless Bury get dinged for 3pts for every game postponed I'd have to agree.

Surprised with that low turn out lads...gonna be some shockers for midweek games!

It’s a perfect storm, no season tickets, and paying to watch kids get spanked with no end to the takeover saga, if it ever gets sorted and we sign some senior pros then we might be back nearer 10k. TBF to the 5k who are there they’ve been fantastic in their support.

No. They can get stupid injuries that could end their career against older experienced players..... and it's going to destroy their confidence.

I'm sure the parents will be chuffed to bits.

Unfortunately, that doesn't do the club any favours.

Has to happen very soon.

You are obviously a product of the nanny state

my grandson plays/trains 4/5 times a week

I have worked a full working week and most of my life from the age of 14

get a grip and grow a set

most of those kids are relishing the opportunity they’ve been given and calling off games for “duty of care” or the fact we’re potentially going to get walloped is futile
