Been weather warning issued to Lincoln, it wouldn't surprise me if this gets called off again

Last night round here the weather was actually worse than it was at any time in the days leading up to postponement. Much clearer today but the wind is going to cause an issue.

At least the wind will dry the pitch a bit

Hopefully, I fear for Keith's hat though.

Do you think the game might be off ?

If so, on the plus side I could bore people for years about the season i went to Lincoln twice & it was postponed both times a la Hereford, & we might sign more players before it's played just to send the thick twats into hysteria, but overall it would be a pain if it was off again.

Just had a look on the met office web site. Focussed on Lincoln.

Yellow weather warning for wind, and the percentage chance of rain shoots up to over 90 between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.

Prior to kick off rain chance is ~60%.

If you're anywhere near the front of the stand, make sure you take a good coat.

If there is a decision to be made, let's hope they make it sooner rather than later.

Good luck.

Feel sorry for people who was planning on going again but if it's off i'll be glad since with current squad we have at the moment.

Let's hope they make a decision at 2pm, any further delay with a second inspection isn't fair on those travelling

I think there's a chance of it being off yeah (why the fuck they didn't consider the fact it doesn't seem to take much to overwhelm that pitch when rearranging it for early January I don't know)

It's nasty in Nottingham at moment, I live towards Lincolnshire border where it's apparently windy as fook. It'll be on as it stands but if it gets bad in next few hours...

Is it confirmed anywhere about the pitch inspection? The wind might come in handy for avoiding much standing water on the pitch and is forecast to drop massively at kick off.
