Popular Post TrickyTrotter
We were saved. 10 weeks not months. Amazing progress. A team we can get behind, playing entertaining football (small glitch y’day aside). In with a chance of staying up despite a crippling injury list. Circa 10k STHs. Listening to fans about catering & ticket prices. Ex players paid up. Still lots to do both on and off the pitch and the wider club need some time to get everything sorted. But everything moving in the right direction.

tomski
Deffo all going in the direction. A little bit more around catering and bits to come I believe. As I said before a takeover the bar for the new ownership is so low (probably the only thing they can thank ken for) While early days, I’ve been impressed with what they have done so far. Just getting back to discussing on pitch matters has made supporting Bolton enjoyable again.
Site Supporter FrancisFogarty Posted November 11, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted November 11, 2019 I'm with Tricky. The new owners have declared their intention and are carrying it out. It's work in progress but we are progressing. We haven't been on the front page of the News, any news for weeks. I love it. In Sharon, soccer mom football mum we trust. Big E
Definitely a huge improvement. Sadly on the pitch we are what we are and it will take time and money to sort this. Once we know what our punishment is i think it will be easier as we know where we stand.

I wish everyone thought the same way, before reading the Mr Angry thread I thought we all did. We never will all agree. Personally i don't mind where we are to a point but i am not going to pretend its ok for us to play like we did Saturday. It was in the cup and it may be a blessing considering injuries etc. After being unbeaten for three matches theres gonna be wobbles and ill accept them every now and then, not a problem. If I'm honest, I was a little dismayed at Hill's attitude to the defeat.

I am not a fan of any of Hills interviews. If we win regularly no one will be tired or injured as such. Winning breeds confidence. I think the defeat should be looked at as a tad shameful. This is a good thing in showing how far we’ve come back.

I’ve no doubts defeat hurts the management owners and fans, in that order, but the foundations are far more healthier that I’d of ever expected. I agree whole heartedly with your words and I’m pretty sure the squad are gutted too. But that’s yesterday, we move on.,
