Murphy's corners v Fleetwood and his regualarly overhit crosses, now that's bad. Murphy played the best he's ever played in a home game, but God his crossing is awful (set up for goal was a pass, and a great one). Watch the pen again, not shite at all, hit with pace and accuracy to the bottom corner, great save. Far worse penalties find their way into the net coz the keeper goes the wrong way or hardly dives. Check out Madine for a bad pen technique. Corners were set up wrong then, because all the attackers were at the back and they were curled in, if all attackers go to the back, corners should be driven in with someone picking up the knock down or rebound. Pen wasn’t in the corner, below mid height and not much pace, keeper guesses right and he saves it, keeper guesses right and it’s in the corner with pace he doesn’t and from a left footer they always give a tell to a keeper more than a right footer. It was poor, thought he played well and his run for the goaL was excellent.

Site Supporter Francis Fogarty 52 Posted November 16, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted November 16, 2019 Emmanuel worked hard and with a bit more application someone could have got on the end of one of his corners and Chickson had a decent game in what was a game of two poor sides today. Credit to D Murphy for keeping his head up after a truly shit pen. Onwards and upwards.
Farnywhite 69
We are definitely limited at the moment if you were a MK dons fan. You would of been pissed off today but fuck them

Put it this way, I've no problem with him taking the next one but would never give the ball to Madine. I'm using that comparison because at first I thought it was similar to that miss v Forest but on seeing it again it was just a good save.

Exactly. Under Parky we played 10 men v Walsall, Charlton, Oldham and failed to score whilst conceding 4 if I'm not mistaken so let's put today in perspective.

Before Bridcutt's injury, I thought they worked well, Liam the bridge between defence and midfield, with Lowe free to go forward. Now, with Murphy looking like a footballer again, maybe the balance is off with all three. For me, Bridcutt and Lowe are our two best players, and we have to play them together whenever available. -- We were poor today, with very little tooth before Verlinden came on. Far too many ineffective floated crosses throughout, easy for their defence. Don't give a toss though, we're on a roll! Also, I didn't know MK had any fans, let alone those sad twats there today. I admit, after their antics after the penalty, I couldn't help but give it the biggun after Daryl made amends 🙃 Up the bastard whites!

Bridcutt was a class apart before his injury He seemed poor, relatively, today For me lowe and Bridcutt have shown they can play together The question, I guess, is whether Lowe can be crawford

Really poor, on the back of other poor games. Played great today when the game was stretched against 10 mn, but he's not going to play with that intensity for 90 minutes. Surely it got better after the red card, we put loads of crosses in, had some shots on goal, forced a pen and scored a goal. The first home game this season (this year?) when we've won the 2nd half.
