Whatever punishment the EFL dish out, they're a set of cunts.

We should be awarded points for having to suffer sweaty Ken for 3 years after the EFL passed him on a Fit and Proper persons test.

Which is the salient point in all of this.

The punishments don’t affect the previous cunts but affect the new owners and the supporters.

If new owners were required to deposit a bond when taking over with the EFL which was lost for situations such as ours, it would certainly affect the ones who’d steered the ship into the murky waters and maybe encourage responsible ownership.

I'm going for a suspended 3 point deduction for Brentford which was then activated by Doncaster with a further 3 points deducted for that with an additional fine. End result, 6 points and a few quid lighter. At least we'll have the chance to win the points back from Doncaster, something which really would boil some piss.

3 points deducted, 3 more suspend for 2 years for not paying football creditors on time is my guess. We’ll also have to cover Doncaster’s costs - they can use that to get rid of flood water from their dump

The hearing is about the two games nothing to do with football creditors. Even the EFL know that charging us now for Ken's historic actions regarding paying people on time would be a pisstake.

3 points for Doncaster is fair enough, we may have got away with it had we consulted the EFL and Doncaster first, but the fact we didn't and just decided to call it off means, IMO, the EFL have to dish out a penalty as you can't set a precedent that allows clubs to call off when they see fit

And we can still effectively win the points back yet.
