Yeah mate, hopefully make the 12.11 Sheffield to Peterborough train. Should have been in a pub there for that time.

A win in relative terms. Was worried about the return journey but it seems to have sorted itself out. About to arrive in Peterborough, but not before I’ve supped a can courtesy of @Casino 👍

Just got here and sat in the former cargo hold of a176 feet long barge on the river called Charters... That's the bar not the barge.

The barge was called Leendert-R and was built in 1907. It worked the rivers and canals of Holland, Belgium and Germany until 1990.

Beavers always used to smash the ball towards the corner flag when we kicked off, wonder if he will do that today? I’d be gutted if he did it and it caught us out 😂

Goal looked shite. See what we do in Jan now. Hopefully we can at least keep the gap to what it is till then.

Soft goal to concede, keeper flat footed. Suspicion of offside so would like another look, but wouldn’t kick off either way really.

Better side second half by a long stretch and just lacked a bit of quality in the final third. Looked much better when we changed shape and Luke Murphy went centre mid. Verlinden will be ace if someone can find him a heart.

Great support as always. Longest “we’re the one and only Wanderers” rendition for a while. Bring on more beer.

Feels like a draw to only lose 1-0 at Peterborough, I'd have snatched your hand off before the game not to get another drubbing (Accrington's result against 11 man Pompey today maybe adds a bit of perspective on our result with 10 men).   This was our bonus game in December, I expect us to compete on a more level playing field in the remaining games.  No excuses now for this run of games barring another set of injuries to key men, bring it on.

What's gone wrong with the defence?

When KH came in we tightened up pretty quickly, now it seems a bit shit.

Hobbs isnt perfect but I always think the defence looks more organised and compact with him in there.  No idea if he's likely to return soon though.

Honourable 0-1 defeat against their attacking force an outcome most would have taken when they woke up this morning, me for certain. Set us out to be level or one behind for as long as poss, gave us a chance of nicking something. Learning taken from Accrington debacle, fair enough.
