I reckon we should shorten this xmas bubble from 5 days to 3 ( xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day) with a maximum of 12 adults. I also think gtr m/cr should remain in T3 till new year. Then if our numbers allow it, put us in T1 early in the new year.

What would be the point of going into tier 2 though? Ok you can get a pint with a meal & maybe get to see a footy match - but at what cost? London is proof that T2 doesn’t work and coupled with the 5 day xmas bubble, i can only see our cases rising fast, which would  lead to even sticter measures in the new year. Tough on the hospitality game admittedly, but i’m not convinced they’d all bother opening till next year anyway.

Why about Liverpool and/or other T2 areas

They aren’t all going up linearly so why take London as proof?

Liverpools only been in Tier 2 for 2 weeks though, so there’s time for their new cases to climb again. In fact i wouldn’t be surprised if they did, if the stories about them partying like fuck for the last 2 weekends are to be believed.

That's speculation and it certainly doesn't prove that "T2 doesn't work"

Also in London they've been cramming 25 deep daily in Oxford St for the shops; they can do that in T3, so there's also the argument that hospitality (the main differentiator between T2 & T3)  could not be the trigger

I quite like tier 2

Perfectly acceptable option

Londons figures have rocketed because theyre 25 deep at fucking harrods, not because folk go for a meal with family

THIS

shops and hairdressers are open

every fucking thin is open apart from pubs and restaurants

and every one ive been in is safer then ASDA

So, where does that leave bwfc

What a crock of shit

Why?

Simply announce what group will be entitled to go when they hear tomorrow, if its tier 2.

Preparations will have been made already so as to be ready for such an event.

Ultimately, the decision won't be made on the basis of whether a small number of fans can go to a game.

How is it any different from anyone who gets moved tiers as part of a normal review? Only way it’s different is if an urgent move up happens. Or have I got that big wrong? You northern scumbag

He is the entire government isn't he.

You made your mind up about him well before his election as leader, and that's that.

Not great at speaking at all, but by the fuck, you don't half screech.

"Indefensible" ffs. You also once accused him of having blood on his hands.

How terribly sad.

At least Kier Starmer has the maturity not to make such crass comments.

Unanimous agreement between the nations on Christmas

Except the Welsh it seems

Unless unanimous doesn't mean all agree

Who knew?

You seem to have misunderstood what he said and what the Welsh have said.

Understandable, though
