Speaking of loons has youri still not surfaced??

Watched banged up abroad before. Some pissed up guy telling a story of how he got to Thailand.
Think the drunk rambling guy on the fast show. That could have been Youri.

Im defo starting to think he’s fallen firmly off the wagon

drove past what used to be Gordon’s yesterday and some scruffy cunt with a cardboard sign saying homeless was at the lights. That could well be youri.

has anyone actually ever met him??

He’s like Brad Pitt in fight club with the bosom of Robert Paulson and mystery of the damn elusive Sha-ah-dow

I've been to the Jack Daniels distillery

Great day out, very interesting, every bottle of JD in the world is made there with water from one spring

He died after he forgot the code to his safe, booted it in anger, broke his toe which got infected and shortly after killed him

He was also about 4' 8" or something and wore chunky heels to appear taller

So finally the truth about Little Whitt.

They are both rank. Nuff said

Never been able to get into it myself. Love visits to distilleries though, like vineyards and breweries. The process of brewing is fascinating, a real passion from dedicated people. Travelling up to the lowlands in summer and no doubt the missus will be getting herself a bottle of something special, and I'll be bringing one back for my brother.

Will do. We will be near Castle Douglas, towards the top of loch Ken (according to the other half). Been scouring maps for suitable open spaces to knacker out three mad collies!

An area I've been to many times in my life, though moreso as a kid.

Any small distilleries with visits in the area? She'll be on it!

Head down to bladnoch. My other half’s dad went down a couple years ago and got a nice bottle (according to him). Nice part of the world as well

Near Gatehouse of Fleet

Dark sky at Galloway forest is ok if it’s not cloudy

Other than that depends what you want to do. Have a look on here and filter it down.
im guessing you won’t want to be doing loads of driving about or I would have suggested a day out in Edinburgh do the castle and dungeons etc. but you could always jump on the train at Lockerbie which is 50 mins or so

Plenty of lochs to do a bit of fishing. Similarly walking.

Missus was having a look on line and supposedly castle Douglas is a bit of a "Foody" town now.

Plenty of decent beaches too.

When we were kids we went to a rather unusual place port William/Patrick way. It was a very small inlet of the sea where this chap had trained wild fish to come up and be fed. Doubt it exists now, but as a little un, it was ace seeing all manner of things appearing.

Also once paid a visit to the Isle of whithorn. We were mooching about on the quay, when a bloke with Bolton-ish accent appeared off a trawler and gave us a load of fresh cod. He recognised our accent!

The Ship Inn in Gatehouse of Fleet is a good eating out place

Galloway Forest is good if you have dogs, you can do walks to suit whatever distance you want, and has a small visitor centre for kids

Newton Stewart has a couple of pubs that are alright-ish

Short walk round the harbour at Port Patrick with a couple of decent pubs as well

Not a loon whatsoever. Just came across different

Ooh I'm flattered!

Rarely come on here these days as Casino effectively barred me; and no, Cas, I don't post as anyone else.  He allowed some posts but not many so what was the point?  The massive fanny.  Oops, this one won't be making an appearance either then ...

Oh and just to be clear re. breastmilk.  I've since acquired a taste and have had my Mrs in a perpetual state of post-pregnancy, so much so I now sell it on the black market like Fat Tony in the Simpsons.

Back on point, I do like to mix it with a peaty whisky as it makes a lovely smoking nipple  😜

Don't believe everything you read.
