Dont you often quote how real match day revenue is around £6 or £7 quid. Surely can’t have it both ways? I agree we should all just move on. I’d only ever want it from sweaty and that’s only because he’s a cunt and not I’m gutted I missed Brentford

(Just like every other club in our division after the demise of Bury - not sure how many, if any, have refunded their fans). If you want to feel better, yours (and mine) money from the Brentford game was offset by those who cancelled their DD, getting the Villa game whilst not paying for it. However, I wouldn't be surprised if those shouting loudest for refunds were not the same ones who cancelled their DD. Nope, doesn't make me feel better at all. Just seems there is absolutely no point in buying a season ticket these days. I'll be sending the club an email expressing that point and asking for a freebie for Doncaster. No doubt they will tell me to get to fuck.

Now that fv have made the gesture though, a bit of something wouldn't go amiss. As for wages; they're already dramatically lower than they would have been and will continue to be so. If we can't manage, why pay off other clubs? It's been discussed elsewhere that while the club is hampered massively on transfer fees and wages, money must surely become available to invest in other areas. If not, we're fucked. We're paying Brentford because they asked - so they can compensate their fans for travel. They probably were a creditor in the admin process. We don't have money to throw around. How many league 2 sides have a spare £100K to chuck as compo?
masi 51
Brentford fans should have been paid out at the same rate as other creditors roughly 20p in the £ Any home supporters who also want a rebate should get the same terms. Any home fans who then want to claim about £1.60 from the club need to give their head a mighty shake.
