Currently, division 4 has 6 teams I've not seen us play away at

Is Newport county the same club as it was?

Different club, old one went bust so they had to start at the bottom and work their way up. Different ground as well, they share with the rugby union team(s) now.

Carlisle might be interesting. In the absence of a real local rivalry they've had a habit of adopting Lancashire teams as their"derby" and turning out accordingly (Wigan and Preston especially) Last played there was when we were last in Div 4 !  I think they'll be keen.

We played them a good few times in the 70s and early 80s. Warwick Road is the big route out to Brunton Park. From memory it's about a mile/mile and a half out of the city centre. Quite a few boozers en route, terraced houses etc. Proper old football ground.

Hoping Harrowgate get promoted.

Macc, Morecambe,Oldham,Bratfurt.

Fcuk me, we've gone from playing Bayern Munich to playing Morecambe in 12 years.

The only way is up.

That's nothing, we went from playing Villa and Leeds in front of 36,000 to losing 7-1 at Accrington in 6 months!

Barrow v Carlisle will be an eye-opener

There is some shite in our newly anticipated division.

Id like Dover away so I could go to Belgium/France for the weekend.

Surely we can't be in the same division as Dover? FFS
