A bag of Doritos with a salsa dip, followed by 2 mini Crunchies, I should say.

22 miles fair play. My legs were dead at around 12. But when you are 6-mile from home you’ve no choice but to carry on. Found it tough. It’s all new to me. 

Kettlebells for me this afternoon. 
 

And not to leave Traf out, I’ve been snacking constantly last few days. Crisps, biscuits, chocolates. Red wine last night followed by cheese & biscuits. Eat, eat, eat. All I wanna do. And exercise! A strange combo.

You ran first today. I tried it in reverse. Managed 2 miles. Legs had gone. Cracked on with some upper body work. 
Missing my walks in the great outdoors now.

Me too. Will try harder. Started off as a batch of 20. Then 10s. Then 5s. need to aim for 10x10 and shorter breathers.

I've just done 2 of them Joe wicks workouts back to back and think I've pulled 18 muscles and my left arm is numb.

Must. Stop. Drinking.

Today’s 100 chest-to-floor burpee results are in. 
 

RayVon - declined to enter (still holds fastest time at 7:46)

Ashy - declined to enter

Ex Leeds - nowhere to be seen

Smiley - 8:34

Royal - 9:03


Anyone else fancy this?

Rather than a new thread thought I would pop it on here. Now my running is getting going  going to get a fitness watch/tracker. 
 

recommendations welcome chaps as I’ve no idea where to start. Would like something I can keep on all the time and would look ok at work as well. Doesn’t have to be space age either.
