I've had a look out the window and it doesn't look like a bank holiday, in the same way that the first few days did. Then again, people still got their grandkids visiting. There should be a filter at the hospital, have you been a silly cunt Y/N?

Next door have grandkids visiting at the moment.

In fairness the gardens are large, and I think they're all well separated from the olds. Still increases the risk though.

And also is completely contra to the guidance. Mine are begging to go to the grandparents but they’re not.

Havent you earlier posted that if you get banned from going for a walk, you will still go for a walk?

You and i have it pretty easy

Decent house, decent garden

Put yourself 15 floors up in some utter shithole and it starts to be a lot more difficult

According to my app i've done 8.2 miles today with my 3 year old Border Collie who must have covered 3 times more miles than i did. The dog will rest for an hour, but after that it's as if she's never been out.

Energy to burn those fucking dogs.

I'm knackered + just started having a few scoops.

Been for a 4 mile walk with my son and little dog.

Very few people about, only really had to avoid a few people, one old lady with a westie, and a bunch of 4 lads who were talking to a guy in a bmw with black windows..

If you're going for a distance walk round the garden, give the lawn some tlc afterwards :)

No cars about now, so they can take themselves for a walk by opening the front door and gently booting them up the arse.

I wanted to get a Border Collie because they need a lot of walking and I love walking. Went for a beagle instead and he’s as mad as a box of frogs. I’m after getting a new pup might go for a collie.

Looks like the dickheads “mainly down south” could be taking our liberty away very soon. Hancock threatening to remove the exercise reason to leave our houses.
3,000 sun bathing on Brockwell Park and many more down the seafront at Brighton.

Nothing personal mate- but 3000 sunbathing is absolute nonsense. 3000 was the number of people that visited the park during the course of the day - reported by Lambeth council. Only a tiny minority were targetted by police for sunbathing or being in a group bigger than 2. The vast majority were respecting social distancing and simply acting in line with government advice in regards to walking/exercising. There's photos taken by locals during the day and show it isn't as bad as media outlets made out. It looks about the same as a park near me in Edinburgh to be honest. Still- Lambeth council have now shut the park until further notice.

Make of their decision what you want. But a lot of locals, who've done nothing wrong, are pissed off. They feel that this makes the streets and communal flat gardens a lot busier. Whereas the park was an easier way to maintain social distancing. IMO you're asking a lot by putting all Londoners (many of whom live in small flats) in total lockdown for weeks and weeks. Makes better sense to have more police and park wardens enforcing social distance. Whilst encouraging anyone with a garden not to use public spaces.

London is crowded as fuck- and that isn't the fault of the locals. Don't get me wrong- there's a minority of people being dicks all over the country. But I think it's shit of Matt Hancock to put people against each other. They've shown a bit more leadership lately, but initially it was there herd immunity response that wasted 2 weeks. That will have cost more lives than any pricks sunbathing.

Fair enough. I thought the article from the BBC would’ve been better researched. It’s mislead me and plenty others by the looks of social media. Shame. Anyone acting appropriately who is now denied access to green space must be climbing the walls with frustration.

Just seen it in the BBC- they''ve got the numbers all wrong and I would have expected better research from their part as well. I initially saw in the Lad Bible & expected a blown up story there but it's been poorly researched everywhere. Doesn't help by the council saying 'many spent the day or were sunbathing' then go onto to say we regret that a 'minority have not acted on govn. guidance and now we have to act'. Sounds like there were some idiots there but I'm not sure how this decision will solve that.

Very hard work mate and slow to mature, but highly intelligent. Do plenty of research before you decide if it’s the breed for you.

Border collies freak me out with their mad eyes

Don't trust them one bit

One of only a few breeds that actually has something behind the eyes and also one of the most trustworthy breeds - they do as they are told, learn fast & never forget anything they have learnt. After saying all that, they can also be a bit ocd/loopy. 😂

You can have our delinquent Jack Russell if you want. I can send via post 👍

Not a fan of yappie dogs sadly and plus having another in the house alongside the missus would make me combust. So I shall pass on the kind offer pal

One of ours is a beagle.

She's an hyperactive mental dickhead.
