Site Supporter Spider Posted March 7, 2021 Site Supporter Share Posted March 7, 2021 The Erdinger 0.0 has something like 43 calories per bottle and genuinely tastes brilliant. They advertise it as an isotonic drink - beer is actually good for you. Scouts honour. You can drink it at work, whilst driving, with breakfast etc.. When I first started working at LTU in Düsseldorf the vending machines actually sold beer. When I moved to Munich with them they had stopped that practice but when you bought a Coke it still came up with Paulaner Hell in the display

Great engineers, bizarre sexual tastes, efficiency, amusing toilet pans, and of course the beer. Used to go to cologne a lot with family and if I could speak the language I’d love to live there. Most of those Toilet Pans for inspecting your deposits are gone now Music wise, it depends what your Genre is really. Die Toten Hosen, Die Ärzte are OK. Silbermond for the softer stuff. Scorpions were a great Rock band. Rammstein of course. Köln is a mad City. Very lively and utterly crazy during the Fasching season.

One quirk about ordering a lager here. Hell is like normal Lager, you would order "Ein helles" for one, but if you wanted two it would be "Zwei Helle". the plural is the wrong way round for some reason. Like vaping I bought some this week for my attempt at dry march, thought it might help me through the weekends, psychological or something Got two in and it had the opposite effect, it made me miss alcohol so gave up
Youri McAnespie
Alcohol-free beer is bad enough, paying the same or more for it as the real deal is an atrocity. All of them are shite, without exception. Which is why Home Bargains flog them for about 29p a can or bottle - nobody wants them. Last time I was in they had the Carlsberg, Becks and Peroni ones in. Site Supporter Spider Posted March 7, 2021 Site Supporter Share Posted March 7, 2021 Erdinger is just a nice drink. @Nordkurve I always used to make sure I was in Köln in February for the climax of the festival (Feibervassnacht or summert like that), utterly amazing nights out by the Dom. If you are going out for a meal and you are driving it is nice to have an alcohol free beer as opposed to a coke or water.
