Know a chap who worked there for some while. Never thought much of Pukka stuff, but he did.

What's your experience of them?

can't be doing with pies, Pukka or not.

Leigh White will be on in a bit to tell us how, back in 1989, he got the train there - down the Ivanhoe line - and ended up with a banning order from  Pukka. He was caught being tossed off into the chicken balti mix by a Polish lass with a squint, from up the road in Sileby. It could have been worse had he not caught a glimpse of the irate security guard coming towards them, via the reflection in her glass eye. The resulting scuffle led to 2 weeks lost production and her getting deported; he's still got her eye.

I used to love the curries they did at the Leicester beer festival before it moved.

After my stance of not going to the pubs this weekend I've been pushed into a compromise. The Mrs and a couple we a friends with are booked into il toro, to be fair I reckon it can be easily done properly at a restaurant, so a nice meal it is with the added bonus of the bar upstairs in there so hopefully a couple beers before/after.

FUCK THAT!

Do you have to put your arm up to go to the toilet?

As you say, fuck that. I don't think I'll be in a pub until we're back to normal.
